An apology regarding the August 1 Fusion show......

I'm sure Joey will post something once he has a replacemet booked, but i wanted to apologise right away for the fact that Chris and myself will not be able to work the Shanes' on the Fusion show in Temple terrace on August 1st.

We took the booking, knowing that my 20th High School Reunion was set for that weekend, because there was a chance that the reunion was going to be bumped back a week. I found out yesterday that the date is staying where it was originally scheduled, hence we are having to back out.

Normally, I'd choose the show over something like this, but it is my 20th, and my wife and I both graduated from the same high school, so this is one that we're kind of obligated to make.

Not to say that I believe that we will be missed, in the big scheme of things, from this show; there is just too much damn talent for our lack of prescence to really even matter.

This card is stacked, top to bottom. This is an opportunity to see some of the greatest talent to work in Florida in the last twenty years. Buck Q, Pepe Prado, Mike Sullivan, Billy Fives, Scoot Andrews, The Shane twins, Steve Madison, Ciatso, The Shiek, Fu, just to name a handful. Some of the best trained, best working talent to grace the Florida rings in years is on this card.

The cool part is, everybody on this show still has it, they all can go like there is no tomorrow. This will be, without a doubt, THE Florida Wrestling event of the year! Don't miss this!

Wow...you two graduated the same HS and are still together? After the pro wrestling biz? You both (and especially your wife) deserve a a round of cheers for that one...

So if the Bodies are off, that would mean Fusion needs a tag team to face the Shanes... Looking over who is available, I know if it was up to me (and lord knows it isnt) on an old school show like this, Im thinking it would be cool to see The Market Crashers one last time...

I don't believe that The Market Crashers compete regularly as a Tag Team, but they are both still active; as you can 'catch' (a little pun, as Shawn is a legit shooter)Mr Murphy and Mr MecH@tE both in Pro Wrestling Fusion. I'm not sure of Murphys role, but some speculate that he is the dancing anthropoid ape known as 'King Kong Fu'. Musing the pictures of KKF from the Fusion site and comparing them with previous photos of Murphy from various Pro Wrestling sites and a site which I believe has been shut down by authorities,(www.sexyhairybears.com), I've determined the hands and feet of both, are strong and well adapted for living either in trees or on the ground. However its skull is of a low type and its strong canine teeth indicate a savage nature (speaking of KKF of course). Anyhoo, I guess we'll never truly know. Mr MecH@tE, is The Shiek, not Abadi Khan, but a Shiek nonetheless.
